We spent a peaceful, beautiful day relaxing on the sun beds by the lake. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Malcesine, which suited us perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choice and excellent quality. We also had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant by the lake. Our waiter recommended the wine, and the ice cream was some of the best we had in Italy. We booked at the last minute and weren't sure what to expect, but we're so glad we did. Every team, from reception and cleaning to breakfast, the bar, and restaurant, was friendly and wanted us to enjoy our holiday. We loved our stay and wished it had been longer. We'd happily return.

We couldn't be happier with Hotel Europa for our wedding reception in June '25. The lake views were superb, the food incredible, and the staff wonderful. Everything was set up perfectly, right down to a special spot on the shore for cutting our wedding cake. They were warm and friendly with all our guests, and even went the extra mile by learning to make vegan Lasagna for our grass-munching guests. Thank you all for making our day truly special xx

Hotel Europa has a lovely restaurant with fantastic lake views and lovely food. The staff are outstanding and do everything they can to make you feel valued. It's a beautiful place right by the lake. Don't miss it, and make use of the indoor pool, gym, and steam room. 10/10.

Clean room, tasty fresh breakfast, and good dinner at the hotel restaurant. The staff are very open and helpful. You can rent an e-bike from the hotel, too. Very nice hotel by the lake. I recommend it.

Traveling with a baby, we wanted everything to go smoothly, and that's exactly how it was here. The beautiful, clean rooms had an extraordinary view, the staff and service were wonderful, and the hotel sits right by the lake within walking distance of the town centre. Simply perfect. We had one of our best holidays and are already looking forward to coming back in the next few years.
