Hotel Querceto by Double Hospitality

We had an amazing time here on our May 2026 honeymoon. The scenery was incredible and the hospitality outstanding. A special mention for Losif at the bar: nothing was too much trouble for him, and he makes a great old-fashioned! Best wishes, Connor and Emily.

The staff were so kind and welcoming throughout our honeymoon. Eleanora at reception was always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed or answer our questions. The restaurant waiters were professional and friendly, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The whole complex is beautiful, from the gorgeous garden and lovely rooms to the outdoor spa that took our breath away. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back.

A cosy, peaceful place on the edge of Malcesine, good for taking it easy. There are good hiking opportunities, and it's also easy to get to Malcesine's busy streets.

Our planned wedding arrangement with HOTEL QUERCETO left us extremely dissatisfied. Before booking, we were clearly told verbally what the capacity would be, how flexible things could be, and how key parts of the event would be handled. Once we had paid the deposit, those basic assurances were gradually withdrawn or contradicted. In the end, the hotel couldn't provide what had been promised and what we saw as decisive in choosing the venue. When we raised the gap between the discussions and what the hotel could actually deliver, there was little willingness to accept responsibility or offer real solutions. The response relied only on the written contract, without acknowledging our earlier conversations, verbal agreements, or changes made after booking. For a wedding, one of the biggest events in a person's life, clarity, predictability and accountability matter. We didn't feel the hotel took our situation seriously when it mattered most. We can't recommend HOTEL QUERCETO for weddings or other major events where keeping promises is crucial.
