This is our third visit, and we hope to be back next year. The Mozzaldi family treated us to a complimentary three-course dinner one evening, and the family and staff were all excellent and happy to help. Breakfast had a great range of hot and cold options, including eggs and crepes made to order. Our room was spacious, with a large, well-equipped bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel sits in a wonderful spot overlooking the lake.

They even arranged breakfast a little early on our last morning, since we had to leave before the usual start time. We really appreciated getting a full meal before setting off. The breakfast spread was excellent, and everyone was welcoming. Hotel Venezia is in a quiet spot, yet only a short, easy walk from the city center and close to the bike path heading south. We'll stay here again on our next visit to Malcesine.

We didn't need the car once we got there. We explored Malcesine on foot and took the ferry, then spent time unwinding on the deck loungers with a spritz, looking out at the lake and mountains. The hotel is right on the lakefront, and the setting is spectacular.

The walk into Malcesine is short, and there are lots of restaurants to choose from once you're there. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the views from this fabulous hotel are amazing. I'd highly recommend it.
