The location is hard to beat, right in the centre of Malcesine near the lake, shops, and cable car. Breakfast had a good range of sweet and savoury food, and the room's air conditioning worked very well. Still, the value for money disappointed me. Cleaning could have been better, and noise carried into the room at night, making sleep difficult. There were no proper blackout curtains, so the early sun around 6 AM is likely to wake you. Free parking is available, though it's about a 20-minute walk away.

The pasta with shrimp tartare was excellent. The pork chop was huge but very thin and dry, with hardly any taste, like paper, so I wouldn't recommend it. The grilled beef was all right, though nothing special and not seasoned. I had dinner there with my family, and the service needs work. The younger waiters were kind, but the older ones weren't really. I wouldn't choose the restaurant again.

We enjoyed our stay, with a comfortable, roomy bedroom and very friendly staff. The location was great too. Noise from the rooms continued until the kitchen shut around midnight, and the air conditioning could have been better.

The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Italy, and there's a nice 10% discount on food and drinks bought at the hotel. It's a lovely little place in a central spot, with friendly staff who were very accommodating. Our main problem was a nearby bar, which was extremely noisy until 2-3am. The hotel can't control that, so ask for a room out the front.

Valentina was so sweet and helpful with recommendations for the Dolomites, thank you! My husband and I came in mid-March in the off season, when the town was incredibly calm. The hotel is centrally located, handy for walking around. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast.
