Bio Hotel Panorama

The kitchen alone has me wanting to marry every dish. Everything is made fresh, all organic, using local organic farmers’ produce and things from their own garden. I had fresh pasta with wild-herb pesto and an edible flower that added a subtle flavor, lightly sautéed vegetables with lamb and rice, then fresh mint-lime sorbet. It really tasted as if it came straight from the garden. Dinner is included in the room price, along with breakfast and tea with cake at 4pm. I found this hotel online because I was looking for somewhere allergy-friendly. My allergies are severe, and I felt safe here. They don’t use chemical cleaning products, the soap and bathing products are organic, even the soft hallway carpet is pure wool, and synthetic bedding is available on request although the duvets are feather. They also adapt meals for my food sensitivities. The rooms are amazing, the staff are superfriendly, and the view feels like a holiday in itself. Get a room with a balcony. I liked it enough to extend my stay by a couple of nights. I might have driven past if I hadn’t sought it out. Can I just live here? Please book ahead, as it’s popular and often full even in the off-season.
