The rooms were very clean and spacious, with good beds, and there’s private parking across from the house. The location is in the center of small Mamoiada. Breakfast is served, but it wasn’t like the photos: it was very basic, with factory-made products. You have to ask for fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, salami, and the like. The owner talked too much about herself and didn’t seem able to listen closely to what guests needed. To me, it felt like she was renting rooms commercially instead of offering the hospitality you’d expect from a decent Italian bed and breakfast.

I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. It’s run by a family, and I felt right at home. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the whole place was exceptionally clean. Everyone was kind and courteous, which made my stay perfect.

Getting around on foot was easy, since the property is close to the heart of Mamoiada. The room and bathroom were spacious, and private parking was right in front of the entrance, making it a good fit for a short stay. What we’ll remember fondly, though, is the unexpected and fun welcome from Franco and his mother, Pina, in this little village.

Tourists, stay away. This was a scam. Despite our reservation, the owner never showed up or answered the phone. We had to find somewhere else to stay that evening, out in the countryside.

The hostess was really kind and helpful, even when I suddenly needed to change the beds because of my own mistake. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend!
