The rooms are spacious and in good repair, and housekeeping comes every day. I had a king room with a king-size bed, and by Rome standards I didn't pay much. Breakfast was generous, and you can take food from it at any time of day. Mirko is a big part of why I liked the hotel. He'll help out and suggest good routes around Rome, and the staff are friendly and have a colorful Italian character, which I enjoyed. It's a bit far from the center, and Italian transport isn't punctual, but you get used to that Italian charm. I'd recommend the hotel to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in Rome.

We enjoyed our seven nights in Rome. The room was clean and spacious, with a snack bar in the kitchen, and bus stops and good restaurants nearby. Mirco was a great host, very responsive, and had really good suggestions for where to eat and what to see.

Mirco made me feel at home, checking in regularly and sharing advice on routes and restaurants. The rooms were always clean, and breakfast included fresh food laid out each day. There was plenty of equipment for making your own food, though with fine dining right nearby, you might not want to. The place is just outside the city in a quiet area. Restaurants and shops are only 5-10 minutes away, and there's a bus around the corner that goes to the Vatican or to the nearby train station for the Colosseum. A great choice if you want to stay close to Rome but somewhere peaceful.

The staff were so friendly, breakfast was really good, and everything was kept super clean. The location gives you both sides, the lively city of Rome and the countryside, while still being conveniently close to the center. I couldn't be happier with my stay. Definitely recommend it if you want to explore Rome and then relax somewhere peaceful.

Very nice and clean place, and Mirco is one of the best hosts we've ever met. He helped us a lot with accommodations and made our stay really pleasant. We'd highly recommend it.
