Lorenzo Home

We had a great stay at Lorenzo Home over Easter. The manager was very friendly and even picked us up from the station. The recently renovated apartment felt completely new and was clean, with a fully equipped, working kitchen. It’s a short walk from Termini Station, and the city center is close too, or reachable by tram from right beside the apartment. Ideal for families or groups of friends. We’ll definitely return.

The big problem was the noise: with no window insulation, we heard a lot from outside on Fridays until 3 am and Saturdays until about 2 am. The apartment itself was nice and clean, though the floor was dirty enough to turn my white slippers black. It’s on the third floor and has two bedrooms for 4 or 5 people, a large kitchen, a shower room and WC, linens and towels, plus a binder with information about Rome. The owner welcomed us warmly, and the concierge was very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Two good restaurants are nearby, a pizzeria and a burger place, both with fairly reasonable prices.

The only thing that bothered me was that some of the dishes at home were chipped.

Great service, everything was clean, and people were friendly.
