Marta’s kindness and professionalism were a highlight. The owners are delightful and ready to answer questions, and the price is affordable. The cozy rooms have all the comforts, and the house is well placed for the Saturnia thermal baths, Pitigliano, and Montemerano. It’s welcoming and quiet, with lovely sunsets. A good choice for relaxing at a fair price. I recommend it, especially for Marta’s kindness and professionalism.

Maremma is a fantastic place to recharge. Just outside Manciano’s center, the apartment is wonderfully quiet, with a beautifully kept garden and a fantastic terrace for dinner at sunset or breakfast outside at dawn. The owner was kind and helpful. It’s an ideal base for families, with a great location for the sea and Mount Argentario, as well as the villages and Saturnia hot springs inland.

The area has excellent food, especially Trattoria Paolino in Manciano, which has a special agreement with the property. The apartment is at the entrance to Manciano and conveniently placed for getting around: the free thermal baths are 10 km away, Montemerano is 10 km, Pitigliano is 20 km, and the sea is 35 km. If you plan to cook, bring your own bed linens, toilet paper, and condiments. I had a small issue with the radiators: two of the three barely heated halfway, even after I bled them. I let the owner know, and she thanked me for alerting her promptly.

We stayed in apartment #3. It had been renovated nicely and felt cozy, with spectacular valley views from the outdoor terrace. The beach at Osa is a 30-minute drive away, and central Manciano is five minutes away.
