We had everything we needed for relaxing days in a quiet, green setting. The property is one minute from the center of Marsiliana and 10 minutes from the sea. The pool among the olive trees is beautiful, with enough umbrellas and loungers for everyone, and you can get into the water from all sides. There’s a barbecue for cooking outside, too. Breakfast and Apricena. Staff were kind and ready to help with anything. Alessandro manages it all with real courtesy. The rooms are clean, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, though the evenings get cool enough that opening the windows with the mosquito screens and shutters does the job. I’m very happy with everything and highly recommend it.

The warmth of Alessandro and the welcoming community he creates made us feel at home right away. The place is full of small thoughtful touches, and the relaxed atmosphere made our stay very relaxing. It’s a lovely spot in the Marsiliana countryside, well placed for reaching Monte Argentario and the natural spas at Saturnia. Time seems to slow down here, and you get to appreciate simplicity and genuine values again. Five stars don’t do it justice. We’ll absolutely return. Thanks so much, Alessandro! Giacomo e Eleonora

We found real peace in the Marsiliana countryside, with quiet and scenery that helped us forget our stress and properly relax. The agriturismo is a wonderful place to stay, and the rooms were immaculate, nicely furnished, and detailed with care. The beds were so comfortable, too. Breakfast and aperitifs were two highlights. Both were rich and delicious, delivered right to our room door so we could enjoy them quietly on the patio. Alessandro and the whole team were attentive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived, always ready to meet our needs with a smile. A wonderful experience, and a must-see next time you visit Grosseto.

A great spot to unwind among olive trees and vineyards, where you can taste excellent oil. It’s a stone’s throw from Marseille and Albania, the seaside resort. Alessandro is incredibly friendly.

The aperitif was generous and tasty, all made up of local products. The homemade jam with the delicious cheeses was especially good. We found the prices fair and had a great time at the pool among the olive trees. The water was warm, and we’ll definitely come back!
