Agriturismo Le Chiuse

Our rooms were cozy and comfortable, and all the staff, along with the owner Emanuele, looked after us so well. The farmhouse sits in a peaceful spot surrounded by nature. We had both breakfast and dinner there. Since there were six of us, breakfast included cheeses, ham and eggs, plus bread, yoghurt, cereals and a sweet selection. Dinner had a wide menu of Antipasto, Primo, Secondo and dessert. Everything was cooked just right and full of flavor, a lovely way to end a day exploring. There are horses nearby, lots of cats, and two big, older dogs who wander around. Both are very friendly and love a cuddle.

We were lucky to spend two weeks at this beautiful place. Emanuele and the whole team were such wonderful hosts. Five stars can't really capture the experience, and we're sure to return!

The pool was a lovely place to spend an evening, watching the sunset in the quiet. The rooms were clean, and Le Chiuse has a peaceful, nature filled feel, with animals around and none of the busy city noise, despite being close to Manciano. The owner is very friendly and works hard to make guests comfortable. His chef Irina is hugely talented, and her cooking was a treat. I wouldn't judge it by picky five star hotel standards. This isn't a five star location, but the atmosphere is worth experiencing. I strongly recommend giving it a try.

Our favorite moment was the horse ride through the olive groves. It was gorgeous, and the horses looked very well cared for and happy. We loved our visit overall. The food was excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful.
