Casa Ducale Como Lake View

We had a wonderful week at Casa Ducale, with amazing views. The accommodation was spotless and very well maintained. It's in an excellent location, just a few minutes on foot from the train station, and the main towns are only minutes away by train. Our hosts looked after us so well, thank you. I'd highly recommend it if you'd like to enjoy Lake Como's beauty without being surrounded by tourists.

Lovely people and a wonderful place.

We loved the welcoming hosts and the place felt like paradise. We spent four wonderful nights there as a family of five. The village is quiet, with two lovely churches and charming little streets. The beach is a five-minute walk away, with a restaurant, bar, and ice cream parlor right on it. A supermarket is five minutes away by car. The apartment includes a parking spot, which is a real luxury since parking is scarce and often restricted to one or two hours. The apartment itself is stunning and very well equipped, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area. There's a huge garden on the upper level and a terrace where you can look out over the lake and watch beautiful sunsets behind the mountains on the opposite shore. It's ideal for relaxing somewhere peaceful and cool, enjoying the lake, and exploring the famous Lake Triangle. Ferries leave from Mandello, a five-minute drive away, for Bellagio, Varenna, Lenno, and Lecco. Go for it!

The house and its surroundings are even more impressive than the photos, and we couldn't be happier after arriving just four hours ago. What a magnificent spot and breathtaking view. Thanks to Chiara, Mario, and his wife for the warm welcome.
