B&B Franziska Mare

I had a wonderful stay in a lovely setting just a few meters from the sea. From there, you can get to a public beach near a lido with beautiful water. My single room was nice, and there was a lovely outdoor space too. The place is beautiful and well cared for, and the owners were kind, welcoming, and helpful. The service was excellent.

We stayed for a week in San Pietro at Franziska and were very pleased with the new, clean room and how kind the hosts were. The location was convenient for getting to the sea. We’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast deserves a 10: fresh croissants and cappuccinos just like at the bar, and Giusi made sure there was something for our child and for my wife, who is lactose intolerant. There’s also a kitchen guests can use, and Wi-Fi was a plus. We had a wonderful discovery in San Pietro in Bevagna and will be back next year. I’d definitely recommend it to families. My wife, son, and I stayed at Franziska Mare from August 26th to 29th this year, and we felt luxuriously looked after. Mr. Massimo and his wife Giusi were kind, always around at the B&B, and available for anything. The property is spacious, with a lovely garden and pool for relaxing, plus covered on-site parking under video surveillance, which is no small detail. The comfortable rooms have especially good beds and pillows, a fridge with a medium freezer, mosquito nets, and effective air conditioning. The soundproof doors exceeded my expectations. It’s a peaceful spot 300 meters from the sea, away from the center’s bustle, ideal if you want to relax.

The room was cleaned daily and had its own bathroom. Whenever we had a question, Max and Giusy were available and happy to help. I highly recommend B&B Franziska Mare. It has everything needed for a relaxing holiday, and the owners, Max and Giusy, are wonderful people. I’d definitely stay here again.
