When we arrived, the rooms were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and cleanliness and comfort seemed to have been neglected. The air conditioning barely worked because the power kept going out, and sometimes there was no running water. These are basic needs, but the staff did nothing to sort out the problems. The people running this place seemed lazy and completely unqualified. They were shockingly rude, especially the men on staff, and reacted with irritation or ignored even simple requests. There was no sense of service or professionalism. Breakfast was a rip-off at €15 for a few scraps, with barely anything edible. Trying to order anything else was difficult because staff were hardly ever around, as if they’d checked out of the job entirely. This shouldn’t even call itself a hotel. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had. Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration, and stay far away.

The room assignments didn’t line up with our bookings, and staff came into rooms without warning or any clear reason. They wore casual clothes, avoided eye contact, watched shows on their phones while sitting on the floor, and left messes until the next day. Power and water kept cutting out, so the rooms became unbearably hot. The manager was drinking alcohol during work hours. Breakfast had been discussed in advance, but it was a joke: nothing fresh or extra, and nothing available the following day. This past weekend’s stay was unacceptable. It felt like a nightmare from beginning to end.

We paid extra for breakfast, but the selection was so limited it barely counted as a meal. They also charged us extra to use a pool towel, and we never got fresh towels during our three-night stay. Our room was filthy when we arrived. The rooms were unbearably hot and unlivable because water and electricity failed several times a day. Staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, ranging from bored to outright rude. The online photos looked promising, but this so-called hotel felt like a scam. It was a nightmare from start to finish. Stay far away. Zero stars if I could.

There was no food on site apart from the so-called breakfast, which was dirty, unappetizing, and neglected. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and shockingly unprofessional. They dressed as if they’d just got out of bed, argued in front of guests, and watched movies during work hours. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. It lacks even the basics of hospitality. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
