Hotel AHG Donna Silvia Wellness Hotel

We paid for three nights, but the air conditioning barely worked from the moment we arrived. Reception said they'd send a technician the next day. They later told us he had found it working perfectly. I tested it myself by putting two pieces of paper in front of the exhaust filter with the fan on its highest setting. Neither paper moved, and hardly any air came from the grille, as the photo shows. At this price, that's unacceptable. There are probably better hotels around here, and I'd strongly suggest choosing another one.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices for different tastes. My room was spacious, nicely designed, and had everything I needed to unwind. The whole Donna Silvia Wellness Hotel was impressively clean, right down to every corner. The staff were attentive and friendly, and made me feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone after a rejuvenating escape.

The restaurant had a cosy feel, with indoor and outdoor seating, and dinner was very tasty. Our included three-course meal offered two choices for each course, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had something for everyone too. We ate outside each morning in the lovely setting, and a kind lady made fresh eggs or pancakes and crepes on request. We spent three nights here during a road trip through northern Italy. The hotel is in a quiet, attractive location, with free parking either on the grounds or in the garage below. Our room was clean, spacious, and had working AC and a large balcony. Half the view was of the neighbours' balconies, but it was still a nice spot to sit in the afternoon. The pool was clean, with a peaceful sitting area around it. We didn't use the spa, but there seemed to be plenty on offer for relaxing. Service was very good throughout. I'd recommend staying here if you're visiting the region or Lake Garda, and we'd happily return to Northern Italy and stay again.

What stood out most was the staff: professional, gracious, and happy to help. They offered activity suggestions and made friendly reservations on our behalf, which helped us get the most from our trip. The hotel is comfortable and cosy, near Lake Garda and the town center. There's a nice view from a short, romantic distance from the lake, plus an in-house restaurant and bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable too.
