Everything felt modern and easy, from the fully digital check-in and checkout to the way the stay was organized. The place was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to everything. I'd definitely stay again.

By the third day we no longer had hot water, and there was barely enough for both of us before that. The flat also wasn't clean, with lots of dust and handprints, and an overwhelming smell of mold. The elevator gets very busy since there's a bar upstairs, so be ready to wait up to 10 minutes to reach your room. A disappointing stay.

The support team were friendly and easy to reach by phone or WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean and had towels, shampoo, and kitchen basics. Its elegant modern-classical Italian design was comfortable, and the balcony was a nice touch. The area was quiet and pleasant, close to the city center and main sights. If you're familiar with Italian alleys, you'll enjoy the setting, and everything in the Duomo area is walkable. Grocery shops are about a 10-minute walk away. There was a delay getting into the apartment because of technical issues, and I found the many motion sensors controlling the power inconvenient. Thanks, Bob W, it was a great experience.

There were plenty of grocery stores, gelato, and dining options close by. The space was great, and the location worked well for us since we like walking around the city to reach the main attractions. Molto Bene at Bob's.
