House Villetta Manerba

The views are good, and the pool itself is nice, but the hours were awkward for our young children, who wanted to swim all day. It shut at 1:30 and didn't open again until 3:30, then closed at 7:30. We were staying at villenpark sanghen, and I'm very disappointed with the experience. You need a car to explore, since restaurants, bars, shops, and the mini market are about a 20-minute walk away. The mini market had nothing in it and shut at 12:30, reopening from 3:30 to 7. Most restaurants serve food only from 12 to 3, then again from 6. The website mentions breakfast, but there was no breakfast bar, just bread and a croissant. The on-site restaurant's food was nice, though it had no kids' menu. Our apartment was boiling with no air conditioning, there were no towels, and we had one toilet roll for five people. The downstairs and upstairs rooms are linked by a winding staircase that felt dangerous and unfit for use. One night we came back to find our apartment pitch black, with no light. I wouldn't return or recommend it. Paying over 2,000 euros for the week, I expected much more, and they really need to improve.
