This was the WORST. Our first room stank, so we asked to move, and then the AC remote didn’t work. The lifeguard at the pool was rude and annoying, constantly blowing the whistle over a silly hair cap. I also saw him yell at a little girl, even though it was her mom who had gone into the pool. They kept playing the same annoying theme song, and there were shows every night with music so loud I couldn’t sleep. At least do it once a week. It costs so much for so little. The cleaning lady was very nice, but whenever I left and came back, the room was just like before. There were so many rude and crazy people. The deep end was so deep I nearly drowned. I was screaming for help and waving my hands, but the lifeguard just sat there and did nothing, so I had to get myself out. The bracelets were so itchy. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF COMING HERE!
