I felt right at home in the quiet, fully equipped apartment, and the price was reasonable for the patron saint's day. I stayed for 5 days in the new "Comparti" area on Via Francia, where the apartment had everything needed for daily life, sleeping, and cooking, including oil, salt, baking trays, and cutlery. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing, with plenty nearby: MD and EuroSpin supermarkets were just a few minutes away, as was a very good bakery for breakfast and delicious Manfredonia bread. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful, even though I booked at very short notice. They also helped with the location because I needed parking. When I had a chance to extend my stay, they went out of their way to find me another place. Thanks again to the owners. I’ll contact them when I get the opportunity to return to Manfredonia and hope I can stay here again. Highly recommended! Luca

The owner was superb, and my wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful time, maybe even more than that. The place has everything you need, and the spiral staircase in the ground-floor unit is a manageable challenge. Parking was easy, the sea was a 5-minute drive away, and there were two supermarkets within a 5-minute radius. A great location for a holiday that includes exploring the area. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is well equipped with all the comforts, and the manager was courteous and available for any needs. It was clean, felt safe, and was in a very strategic location. Highly recommended.
