I'll definitely choose this place first for my next holiday. The houses are comfortable, clean, and carefully designed with every amenity in mind. They're in a beautiful building on a historic street.

Luca was great to communicate with, and the apartment is lovely: spacious, comfortable, and right in the heart of Mantua. Bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and supermarkets are nearby, with parking five minutes away. A great place to enjoy the Italian Dolce Vita.

Luca welcomed us and explained everything, including the parking discount, restaurant offers, and tour information. We were four people spending a weekend in Mantua, staying at Casa Iolanda in the center, with a large covered car park just two minutes away. The apartment was clean and cozy, with two bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Though it's on a busy main road in a pedestrian area, the double glazing kept out almost all the noise. Everything is close by, and the lakes and Gonzaga Castle are seven minutes away on foot, while the Tea Palace is a 15-minute walk. Despite Mantua being surrounded by three lakes, we didn't run into any mosquitoes. I'd recommend it for a relaxing, cultural couple of days.

We found the rooms comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The apartment is in Mantua's historic center, which makes it an excellent base for exploring. The owner was very kind and shared useful sightseeing tips, along with recommendations and a parking discount. Highly recommended.

We were five friends, and the setup suited us perfectly: three double beds and two bathrooms. Casa Jolanda is a fantastic apartment, with comfortable beds, exceptional cleanliness, and a convenient location. We had a wonderful time.
