Emanuele had the air conditioning on for our arrival, which was much appreciated in the heat. Since I was with two elderly people, he also let us check in a little earlier. The apartment is very clean, modern, lovely, and has all the comforts, just a short walk from the center. Being in the restricted traffic zone meant we could park beneath the apartment. Breakfast was generous too. We stayed one night and I'd recommend it.

Nicoletta and Emanuele made us feel welcome and were very helpful. We spent two nights in this charming, clean, practical two-room apartment, which has everything you need. It's in a quiet spot away from the bustle, yet just steps from the center.

It's an easy place to start exploring Mantua from, with Piazza Sordello only a ten-minute walk away. The home itself is welcoming, clean, and peaceful. They provide a pass for the restricted traffic zone, so you can park in front of the house or along nearby streets. Highly recommended.

After a day cycling, that big shower is just what you need. The bathroom is bright, with spacious shower and hi-tech faucets, and the modern apartment is super clean in a very characteristic setting. There's everything needed for a varied, filling breakfast on the table and in the refrigerator. Highly recommended.

The location works well and the owner is friendly, but the interior really needs attention. The bathroom sink and radiators are loose, and the dining chairs should be replaced. I strongly suggest updating the place.
