10/10
The hotel feels lovingly cared for and is privately owned. Parking was secured, the room was very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Everyone was so helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh teas, 100% fresh mixed juices, fresh omelets, pastries, cheeses both hard and soft, and meats. Loved this hotel!

4/10
The staff were so warm and welcoming, but the room was in pretty rough shape. The blinds didn’t work and there were nicks all over the wall. It felt cramped for the price, and the breakfast choices were seriously limited. Local sights are a little further away, and the traffic can get dodgy.

The room was spacious and clean, and the customer service was awesome. The staff spoke English and were more than helpful. It’s close to the square, castle, and lake.

10/10
The breakfast was superb, and the coffee was really good. I had espresso and cappuccino. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, worth six stars if I could give them. Wi-Fi was fast too. I loved my spacious, spotless room, with its enormous, comfortable bed. I was in a double room alone. One colleague was in a single room that was a bit uncomfortably small. The location was quite good, about a 10 minute walk from the city centre.

The breakfast was a real highlight: fresh and delicious, with the option to sit out in the garden. Our room had lovely modern decor, with an interesting geometric, architectural feel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. A wonderful place, and one of the best choices in Mantova.
