The staff were super friendly, and the room was very clean with everything working. Even though it’s right by the train station, it was very quiet. The hotel has parking, but we used the nearby underground car park, which I think is called cittadella.

The front desk and breakfast staff were consistently nice and understanding, which I appreciated. The location is convenient, right across from the Train Station and close to the old town, and on-site parking is available for a fee. Sleeping was the hard part. The walls were so thin I could talk with the guest next door and hear their coughs wake me up. My room faced the "inner yard," where teenagers had parties twice that week. It seemed to happen often, and staff didn’t do anything to keep the noise down. The room had other shortcomings too: the safe didn’t work, the bathroom tissue box wasn’t refilled when empty, and there were only cheap plastic cups, two bottles of water for the whole stay, no kettle, and no wine opener. Breakfast was fine if you like sweet food, but there weren’t many vegetable options.

My room was right at the back, so I had none of the noise issues other people mention. No complaints from me. The courtyard parking was perfect. I’d rate breakfast 4/5 and the location 4/5, close enough to town.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Getting to the train station is especially easy since it’s very close by. There are lots of public bicycle parking spots outside, and the hotel also has indoor parking for a reasonable fee. I’d recommend it for a couple of nights as part of a longer trip.
