Right beside the Ducal Palace, the location couldn't be better. The apartment is huge and has everything you might need, even slippers, a thoughtful extra you don't often get in hotels. The sweetest lady hosted us. This place really is a gem in Mantua, and I'd highly recommend staying here if you're visiting.

Cristina's hospitality made our stay a real pleasure. She also has plenty of tips for visiting Mantua, which is a great place to explore. The simple, spacious rooms were comfortable and spotless, with daily cleaning, made beds, and even our clothes folded. There were so many thoughtful touches: soft bathrobes, slippers, chocolates by the bed, and fresh drinking water always available. We also had a fridge, cooker, and great shower, plus a little terrace. Breakfast was included and served at a really good cafe nearby, with Illy coffee. This was one of our best stays in Italy, with five star plus service and exceptional value. We're so glad we stayed, and can't wait to return. Huge thanks to Cristina for a lively stay.

We were really happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with air conditioning and a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and washing machine, so it felt like staying at home. The owner was very kind and always replied quickly by email. Breakfast was included at the cafe near the residence, and it was very nice. We parked in a public car park, which cost 12 EUR for one night.

The room was spacious and well equipped, with a small kitchen, and Cristina made us feel at home. She also had good suggestions for places to eat and visit. The location is excellent, right in the middle of beautiful Mantova. Highly recommended!

The apartment was good, the staff very good, and the location perfect. Breakfast was served at a restaurant literally around the corner, on the main square, and it was very good.
