Residence Record

We stayed at Residence Record as two people with our two small Bichon Frise dogs, and chose a two-room suite so there'd be more space for them. Our room faced the sea, though being on a low floor with trees in front meant the view was only partial. For a fantastic view, book a higher floor. There's a pool as well as the sea, which mattered to us. It's supervised by guards who keep things clean and orderly. One of them is named Alessandro. Water aerobics costs €5. The pool is open from morning to 12:30, then again from 15:00 to 18:45, with water aerobics during the break. The beach is 50 meters away, and there's a dog-friendly beach nearby. After 19:00, you can take your pets to any beach. Two big stores are close by for groceries, and the room's mini-kitchen has everything needed to cook. Laundry is €4 on the ground floor by reception, but bring 50-cent coins and your own detergent. There's also a free iron and ironing board. The rooms are cleaned impeccably. Ours was spotless, and since we stayed a long time, they changed our towels for free when we asked. Big thanks to housekeeping, especially Victoria, who always helped us and checked that everything was okay. Luca at reception was very friendly and helpful too. The reception bar sells fresh croissants, coffee, and ice cream. And the highlight is Monica, the queen of reception and the whole hotel. She's so kind and open, always ready with advice and attentive to every guest. You could write a book about her. Monica, thanks for everything. We'll honestly miss you, and we were really impressed by you and your work. The location is superb, the staff are wonderful, the rooms spotless, and the sea is 20 seconds away. There's gated hotel parking, which is free. It's not very big, but we found a space, and there is free parking nearby too. Pets cost €10 for the entire stay. If you're wondering whether to book, don't hesitate. I wholeheartedly recommend it and hope you leave with wonderful holiday memories. These are my sincere impressions. Have a great vacation!
