Be Hotel Rimini

The food was decent, the coffee was really good, and staff were quick to top things up. Cutlery was clean and nicely polished. Still, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. After hours of bus travel, I was looking forward to a shower in a clean bathroom and a clean bed. Neither happened. The apartment looked old, which was probably the least concerning issue. The showerhead was caked in limescale, the shelf over the sink was covered in dust, the toilet was stained inside, and the shower curtain was dirty. Our window wouldn't close properly, the mirrors were badly polished, and the towels smelled. The beds were dirty, and a grate was missing beside my side of the bed, making it uncomfortable. There were also holes punched in the doors and paint peeling from the ceiling.

We stayed with our band and were very happy with the place. The owners were kind and friendly, the food was very good, and our rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. We felt at home, like we were staying with an Italian family. We'd recommend it wholeheartedly. Sylvia and Marius.

The owners were impolite, and I wouldn't stay here again. They even stole gadgets we'd left behind. The toilet was disgusting, the rooms tiny, and the interior looked like a prison cell. Don't expect clean towels or fresh sheets during your stay, you'll be using the same ones. The train tracks make it noisy, and with no air conditioning in the middle of July, it was awful. One star is too generous.

For a couple of days, it was fine, especially at Rimini's lowest price. The sea is about a two-minute walk away, and this part of town is quiet. Other areas, even those 1,000 m from the center, were much noisier with street parties, clubs and pubs. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but everything was cleaned daily. Breakfast was tasty, though the same every day. The owners don't speak English, but they do try to communicate. The trains were noisy for the first 2-3 days, then I stopped noticing them.
