Room 205 had a beautiful view of the sea, though noise from the restaurant below, especially chairs being moved, was the one downside. The staff were great and the location was good. Twice, someone parked in front of our car and blocked us in, but the hotel sorted it out quickly.

The hotel is beautiful, and our room was very good overall, with a lovely sea view. The bathroom, though, felt old-fashioned. The lift was small and old, so we mostly took the stairs. There’s a small pool and sunbeds on the fifth floor, but the pool wasn’t very clean and wasn’t open at the times posted. No one on staff mentioned it, we only saw it in photos online. We stayed for four nights on full board, with three meals a day. Drinks cost an extra €14 per room per day for the “unlimited” package, which covered soft drinks, wine, beer and water during meals only. We found that a bit odd. If you’re paying extra for unlimited drinks, it would be nice to have more choices like cocktails, or to be able to order drinks outside mealtimes, including to the room. The meals were a mixed bag. Breakfast was fine but mostly the same each morning. Lunch and dinner didn’t suit us as well: the menu leaned heavily on seafood, which we don’t particularly like, and dishes were often reused from earlier meals with a different side. We understand the effort to reduce food waste, but it didn’t work for us. We had to hunt around for something we liked and sometimes left still a bit hungry. The Romagna themed evening was excellent, with regional dishes and waiters dressed up. We’d have liked more nights like that. After lunch and dinner, you could order coffee, lemon sorbet or ice cream. One of the waiters, a shorter man with dark hair, was especially kind and attentive. By the second day, he was bringing us ice cream with a smile without being asked, and remembered what we liked. Francesca at reception was also always helpful with our questions. Francesca, we hope you’ll soon get to show your little boy Hungary! We appreciated that bicycles were free to use and beach sunbeds were included too. We could also swap one of the hotel meals for a meal at a partner restaurant on the beach. The pizza there was excellent, and a welcome change after we’d started tiring of the hotel food. The setting and friendly staff are nice, and the price felt fair, but we wouldn’t personally return because the food selection didn’t suit us and there aren’t really entertainment options.

It’s close to the beach and the location is great. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and always ready to lend a hand. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for nine days and had a great time. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with air conditioning. The beach is just across the street, and there’s a bus stop nearby for getting to the centre of Rimini. Plenty of shops are close by for evening browsing, and a supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away. We chose half board, so breakfast and dinner were at the hotel restaurant, which has a great view. You can swap a meal for lunch if you tell them a day ahead. Dinner was served at 19:30, which might feel late if you go to bed early, but watching the sunset over dinner was lovely. The buffet changed daily and there was always fresh fish. The restaurant servers were friendly and attentive. Service was really nice and cooperative. They did what they could to help when we had a problem. There’s also a lobby bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, handy if you want something during the day or in the evening.
