Staying in Mantua again, I'd choose La Mainolda without hesitation. Ms. Cristina was attentive and welcoming, sorted out an elevator problem right away, and even let us keep using the room after checkout. The B&B is in the historic center and kept spotless. Our room was roomy and had the comforts we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was generous and served in their pastry shop, and there was a free minibar. Highly recommended.

They made us feel at home through their warmth and hospitality. The welcome was exceptionally kind, and the help we got went well beyond what we'd expected. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended.

The owner was friendly. We came with two friends for two nights, and found everything very clean and well equipped, with a good central location.

After staying in plenty of Mantua B&Bs and hotels over the years, this is the best one I've found. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Some have a breathtaking view. A truly excellent B&B, and I highly recommend it.
