The location is great, but the beds are uncomfortable. The AC is really poor: only two of the five rooms have it, and even there you can barely feel any cool air. 2/10.

The photos say enough. Cleanliness is lacking in every corner!!!!! €400 for three nights is reasonable, but please clean this apartment!

We had a good stay in a spacious, pleasant apartment, though it could use a more thorough clean. Some wear is showing in the kitchen and shower, and one shutter stops short of the floor, so too much light came in early in the morning.

Francesca was so warm and kind when she welcomed us. She also suggested great places to see and spots to try Mantuan specialties. I'd happily recommend it!
