The owner was friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed my two nights here enough that I’d book again. It’s a spacious, homely apartment about a 10-minute walk from Manziana centre, with good connections to Bracciano and other lakeside places. There’s a private entrance and a broad veranda overlooking the garden. Guests can apparently use the barbecue in summer. Inside, it may be a little overfurnished, but the extra beds and places to sit work well for families. The self-service breakfast was fine, with plenty of packaged snacks, a coffee machine and lots of capsules, plus a kettle.

The woman who runs the B&B was so kind, attentive, and always there when we needed her. Her little thoughtful gestures made us feel at home. The place is clean and welcoming, in a peaceful spot that works well for relaxing or exploring nearby. We had a perfect stay in Manziana, and we’ll certainly return. Highly recommended! Ginevra

We had enough privacy even with the owner living upstairs, and Mrs. Dora welcomed us warmly and gave us a gift. She’s a wonderful person. We stayed for a week with my partner, two three-year-olds, and their grandmother. Mrs. Dora set up two double bedrooms in an open-plan space, and we had full independence and access to everything. The kitchen was really well organized, and the lovely outdoor area was a peaceful place to eat, with the sweet company of a beautiful cat called Milu. There was a barbecue too. Breakfast was good, with juices, milk, tea, coffee, herbal teas, and water replenished every day. I’d recommend it for a holiday or a weekend. It’s not for everyone. Best wishes, the Ruggeri family.

For the price, I don’t think this place is worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The only good point was the indoor parking, though its gate lock had to be forced. The owner came across as rude and unwelcoming. The house was damp and cold, with no heating except a heater under the bed and a dehumidifier. The shower had mold, the kitchen couldn’t be used, the fridge was unplugged, and the cupboards were locked. The bedroom light kept flickering and was almost burnt out, like being in a nightclub, and the broken shutter by the door didn’t close properly to block the light. We were given a key that was already bent, so there was a risk we’d have to pay if it got damaged. We love animals, but the constant clattering from dogs and cats and the inconsiderate voices kept us from enjoying our stay. The walls are thin and soundproof. To be fair, anyone wanting privacy and quiet should know this is a ground-floor double bedroom in a three-storey house, with the owner upstairs. It isn’t truly independent, but shared and divided by doors. Breakfast was poor too, with packaged discount snacks, one bottle of water, and only a few coffee pods. I think courtesy matters, and people who rent out B&Bs should make guests comfortable and try to fix things when concerns are raised. The property is on a dark, unmarked street, 10 minutes from Bracciano.

A really welcoming place, with lovely accommodation and a very kind lady. It’s an unforgettable spot, just a few kilometres from Lake Bracciano, and I recommend it for a visit 😊
