Planet Hotel

The staff were patient and very friendly, and everything felt clean and hygienic, even though some of the facilities are a little old. Breakfast doesn't offer a huge range, but the coffee is excellent and free during breakfast. Coffee outside those hours is reasonably priced too. A very good hotel and definitely worth choosing.

The room felt old and uncomfortable, and the staff never apologized for the room mix-up. The shower was extremely weak, its stall was painfully small, the door scraped the floor, and the towels were poor quality. Two mosquitoes were in the room, and my child was bitten eight times and left very itchy. Wi-Fi kept dropping out and was unusable. I booked a suite three months ahead and asked for a view of the Ferrari factory, but the room wasn't available. When I raised it at the desk, the female staff member ignored me and just handed over the key card. The view was completely different from what I expected. I complained and was told the only option was to downgrade to a room with a factory view. Without that view, I probably wouldn't have booked here. I think the four-star rating is misleading. This felt like a two-star hotel, and I suspect Asians are discriminated against here. Absolutely unacceptable. The factory was closed for summer, so I couldn't take the tour this time. I plan to come back next year as a Ferrari customer, but I won't stay here again. It's not worth it. I hope Ferrari moves one day and this hotel goes out of business.

The rooms are modern and really nice, and the location is great. Breakfast could use some work, but it's a lovely place overall.

People working there were kind, and the location near the Ferrari museum and the view are the main advantages. The place itself was dirty and old, and needs investment and better cleaning. The underground parking was among the worst I've encountered. If you have a larger car, finding a decent spot may take luck, and parking could be tricky.
