The bathroom was a mess, the whole place seemed really dirty, and there wasn't even a kitchen or a way to make tea. It was also a long way from the center of Naples. There’s another accommodation with the same name, which left us confused, and only a few buses go there, roughly once an hour. 🥲

The room felt really insecure, and every time we went out we worried about leaving our things there. We stayed four nights, with a dirty bathroom the whole time, a toilet with no seat, and a clogged shower that swung between scalding and freezing. Getting there was a pain too: the bus stops were still a long walk away, and the few buses came together about once an hour. Google Maps couldn’t say when they’d show up. I’d only suggest this place to people with a car who aren’t concerned about cleanliness and bring their own cooking gear.

The door lock was a cheap Chinese padlock fixed to a screw, as you can see in the photos, and it didn’t feel secure. The place was filthy, there’s no kitchen, and the toilet has no seat. The shower took ages to warm up, the hot water kept cutting out, and the drain was totally blocked. Getting around was awful. Google Maps sent us to a hostel near the center when we searched for "Casa di Carlo," because this place wasn’t listed there. It’s way out of the way, with just three buses an hour that often arrive together. We spent hours waiting or walking back at night, and they stop running at 10 PM, so it’s no good if you want to make evening plans. If you have a car and don’t mind rough conditions, maybe it works for you. Honestly, it was awful.
