Fabio and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and breakfast was a lovely start to each day. A perfect base for beginning a five-week trip around Tuscany. Highly recommended!

We'd be glad to return. The rooms were spacious, clean, and good value, and breakfast was included with a wide choice of food. Free parking was easy to find about 300 meters away. The hotel is right in the center of Marciana Marina, close to the beach and the town's bars and restaurants.

The location was just right, near the promenade and beach yet still quiet. We found the rooms spacious and very clean, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful too. One of the best hotel stays we've had, and we're already looking forward to coming back!

The room was spacious and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes each day. The sea is just a minute away, and the sandy beach is five minutes on foot if you don't want to drive. The cleaning was perfect, everything was cleaned thoroughly every day. I recommend this hotel.

The whole stay was a great experience. The room was lovely, with a spacious balcony, and everything was very clean. Everyone we met, from housekeeping to the waiters and reception team, was friendly and capable. We'd happily recommend it.
