There were 17 of us this year, across three generations, and Villa Poggio was voted our best family holiday house yet. It’s spacious, well equipped, and in a stunning location, with a pool that everyone loved and plenty of seats for all of us. We’ve taken family trips around Europe for years, so that’s high praise. The cooking session with Susanna was a huge success. Paola was accommodating and very helpful, answering our questions efficiently before the holiday. The little cafe within walking distance deserves five stars too.

Paola gave us lots of ideas for local places to eat and visit and was very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday with our big group of friends or family, using the spacious, comfortable, well-equipped house as a base to explore Tuscany. And the pool is amazing.

After a horrible night at the place we’d stayed before, this beautiful spot was a real rescue. We were in town for a friend’s birthday and ended up having a blast here. The views were lovely, the rooms and bathrooms clean, and the pool crystal clear. The semi-professional kitchen was a bonus, too. The staff were very friendly and helped make it a great stay. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely villa with a pool. The owners cooked fantastic food, so if you rent it, ask Paola and Susana to cook for you. You won’t regret it. They were also super responsive and helpful. I can definitely recommend the villa.
