The rooms are very good, and the setting is picturesque.

A great spot, especially for families with kids.

After skiing, the heated indoor pool was a real treat. The sauna was small, but we could still use it in turns. Getting to the lifts was easy, and the shuttle was handy. Marco, the hotel manager, was very young and friendly. We stayed this winter. The rooms had typical Trentino furnishings, so they weren’t especially modern, but they were warm and had no carpets. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food was very good, though the menu was hard to understand. The one negative was that there was no gym.

Giuseppe knew his stuff and organized fantastic excursions for us. David was super nice and brightened our days, and Alice was so sweet and always available. My girls fell in love with her. The entertainment was excellent, and the food was excellent too, refined both in presentation and taste, with options for any changes. I stayed with my family for a week in August. The hotel is well placed in the center of the characteristic town of San Vigilio. It’s neglected and needs maintenance, though we had no complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were excellent, from the Director who welcomed us so cordially to the waiters, especially Raffaele, who made our lunches and dinners more lively.
