Loft 52

The location is near the beaches, though it's around a 15-minute walk to the center. It's a ground-floor apartment, and at high tide the pipes smell like sewage. Also, they provide just one roll of toilet paper, so you'll need to buy more if it runs out. Inside, the room is very well furnished, with the spaces arranged thoughtfully. The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a washing machine and detergents. There's also air conditioning, a mini-fridge, an electric stovetop, and a Smart TV with Netflix access. Since this is a vacation rental rather than a B&B, there's no daily cleaning, towel change, or room tidying. That seemed odd to me, especially since Margherita di Savoia has plenty of B&Bs at the same price.
