American Airlines canceled our flight, so we were sent here for one night. The rooms were very hot because the air conditioning didn’t work. We asked three times for someone to check the unit in our first room, then requested a different room, but the second one had the same problem. Meals were included through the airline, and we were directed along with about 50 other people into a room for lunch and dinner. The food was awful. Lunch was gnocchi that tasted worse than Chef Boyardee, followed by canned mushrooms sautéed with cherry tomatoes and a ball of mozzarella on the side. Dinner was baked macaroni with that same Chef Boyardee taste, then a dried-out sausage link over canned spinach. After two weeks in Italy, it was easily our worst meal. People kept complaining, and the bad food became a joke among the diners. They never told us when to arrive, and they wouldn’t serve anyone until everyone was there. When we asked, we were told dinner would be between 7:30 and 10, so we waited for the others and weren’t served until 8:30. We asked several times for Coke and olive oil and got neither; they said the airline had only paid for water. Even though our flight pickup was at 2 a.m., they said we still had to wait for everyone before eating. This was the worst hotel customer service and food we’ve ever had. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a clean, comfortable room in a quiet, cozy hotel, and breakfast had a good range of options. The small pool was a nice way to cool off after sightseeing. With a car, it’s a convenient base for exploring Naples and nearby areas, about a 30-minute drive from the airport, and the large free parking lot made things easy. One service issue cost it a star: I asked the front desk to email my final invoice, but it never arrived, so I had to follow up afterward to get it.

We spent two nights here and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I relaxed in the lounge and was offered a drink and a pastry. The restaurant food was delicious, and everything was very clean. Our room was spacious and lovely, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel.

A pleasant surprise: the rooms are spacious, nicely designed and feel new. Breakfast was good, the pool was nice, and the staff were friendly. There’s also a tiny gym and the WiFi was okay. There isn’t much of interest nearby, so it’s best to come by car.

It’s a nice place, but it’s so far from the city that getting there without a car isn’t possible. The staff weren’t friendly. They seemed especially strange in the way they treated passengers from Lufthansa airlines. I wouldn’t recommend it.
