There’s a lovely pool, lots of greenery, and the grounds are very well kept. The location is good, parking and a beach umbrella are provided, there’s air conditioning in every room, and the kitchen has everything you need. But the apartment’s cleanliness was awful. I checked the sheets on arrival and they were covered in hair. They were very helpful when I asked for fresh ones, but even the supposedly clean replacements had hair on them. The laundry needs changing. There was dust by the bedside table and under the bed too. For five people, the apartment felt a bit small. The chairs were very noisy even when moved just a centimeter, so rubber pads would help. We kept hearing the neighbors’ chairs morning and night. With some extra attention, this residence could be an ideal quiet place to stay in Marina di Camerota.

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the guests seemed carefully selected. The location is great for getting to the town center, the sea, and the beaches. Our rooms were comfortable, and the staff were efficient and always ready to sort things out. Kudos to Carmelo for being so helpful and kind. The residence was immaculately clean and well kept, with a little oasis of greenery and a lovely pool that was always clean. A wonderful vacation, and I’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week in June in a two-room apartment. The residence is beautiful, elegant, and well cared for. The apartments are either on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor. The interiors are new and even include the full Sky TV package. The pool and all the outdoor areas were immaculate, thanks to Mr. Carmelo, who was our point of reference throughout the holiday. The sea is a bit far, and it can be a walk, especially coming back uphill since the residence is in the town center. Franco's Beach is a partner lido, but there’s no daily shuttle at set times. You need to call the lido and arrange a return trip. Mr. Alfio is always available. For groceries, Spesamica is about 200 meters down the road and Conad is about 400 meters away on the main road. Across from Conad, Forno Pizzeria "Cosentino" is a Marina di Camerota institution and also a great place for lunch or dinner. Pizza slices cost €2, along with other treats and fried food. They make delicious croissants with different fillings for €1 in the morning, or €2 in the evening after 10:30 pm. Happy holidays, everyone!
