The room got wonderfully quiet once we shut the windows and doors, even with all the nightlife nearby. The guest house is in a restricted traffic zone, so there’s no traffic noise, and it was easy to find when we followed the staff’s directions. The location is lovely, close to the beach and plenty of good bars and restaurants. Our two balconies and the big fridge were handy for keeping snacks and drinks cool. The staff were kind and helpful. We heard it had only opened earlier that year, so some of the interior looked a little worn, but it was still perfectly acceptable and we had a good stay. Highly recommend!

This was our fifth stay at ZiMaria apartment, as far as I remember, and we’re happy to recommend it. It’s clean and nice, right by the beach and the beautiful promenade, with lots of great restaurants and gelato-shops nearby. The service is excellent, and the staff are polite and helpful. Everything about the location and the Stuff was fantastic. Best greetings to Mrs. Frederica. Just book and enjoy holidays in Tuscany!

We spent two weeks at Zi Maria, from May 5th to May 18th 2025, splitting our time between remote work in Cecina and a vacation. The apartment worked really well for both. It was spacious for two, super clean, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Best of all, we woke up each day to a dreamlike view of the sea and the promenade of Marina di Cecina. Federica was especially welcoming and helpful, and made it easy to feel at home. We’ll be back!

Our friends arranged a weekend together at Zi Maria, and the location made it easy to get to the beach and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and kind, and the rooms were comfortable for our family of 6. They aren’t especially modern, but had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and after a day out it was great to get a hot shower with good water pressure, which we haven’t always found possible in Italy. We had a wonderful time in Cecina. Thank you ☺️

The atmosphere was great, and we had a beautiful stay. The owner and staff were accommodating with everything and easy to reach whenever we needed them. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the beach and to get ice cream. The room furnishings are a bit older, but that didn’t bother us.
