In Fiumetto, right by Versiliana Park, the location is superb. The management team were really friendly.

I'm really unhappy with the apartment I was given. It has a lot of problems, and I feel I should ask for at least some small compensation.

We found the residence welcoming and peaceful, and the staff were so friendly and ready to help. Via Viviani is a bit bumpy, which is the one downside. I'd recommend staying here.
