My stay at this hotel was disgusting. The staff were very rude. I left a bag in my room, and the staff stole my Dyson hairdryer and hair straightener, worth $1,000. We spoke to the hotel administrator, but she didn't help at all and just said it was my fault. She was incompetent. I don't recommend this hotel. Extremely bad. Thieves and deceivers there.

We were upgraded on arrival to a fantastic room with a balcony and sea view, Grazie mille!! ❤️ The hotel is truly beautiful and very clean. Breakfast and the location were great. It's not right on the beach, but it's very close on foot, and the staff are cheerful and attentive. If we come back to Tuscany, this hotel will be a good option. Thank you so much.

The balconies were very nice, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and dependable. It seemed professionally run. Recommended.

A fantastic hotel, with warm service and an exclusive terrace with a swimming pool.
4/10
The location is the one real plus, very close to the beach resorts. Breakfast was somewhat better, and the staff were friendly. The rooftop pool is small, and with maybe ten people there I couldn't find a sun lounger. For the high prices, the quality for the money is poor. Calling it a three-star hotel feels questionable, and I expected more. The pool area also seemed a bit small for Versilia.
