Hotel Crystal

The breakfast was basic, with coffee and cappuccino from a dispenser and a table assigned to you, which I really dislike. Getting a table in the garden meant being lucky enough to find one free, perhaps around 9. Beach towels cost extra. Given the price and location, I expected more. The door lock was faulty, and the comfort room was cramped: a tiny balcony that barely held two chairs, a very tight bathroom, and a shower cubicle right beside the bidet that would be difficult for anyone who isn't slim. I stayed in early August. The hotel is around 500 metres from the center of Marina di Pietrasanta, but it's not near the seafront, so you'll need a bicycle.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were so polite and helpful. A lovely place.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good too. A nice choice for families or friends.

Dinner was a pleasure, whether in the spacious dining room or outside with a view of the beautifully kept garden. Fabrizio handled the dining room morning and evening and was always ready with suggestions, organizing things perfectly alongside a kind woman who never let us down. We stayed on half-board and were very happy with the whole experience. I came with my father and brother, and the welcome was excellent. At reception, everyone was attentive and courteous. I booked with Helene, who, together with a very kind colleague, did her best to make our holiday comfortable. Our room was spacious and spotless, room service was excellent, and the bathroom was comfortable and had a window. Being close to the sea made getting to the beach easier, and bike rental is available as well. My whole family and I are grateful, and we'd be glad to come back. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to be looked after well.
