The location is the one good thing, convenient for nearby amenities. The room itself was basic, with very thin doors and walls, so you could hear everything and had no privacy. The staff/owners’ attitude was really irritating too. I don’t know the receptionists’ roles, but this is a good way to make guests stay away. Keep it up. Check-in had to be done by 10 PM, with absolutely no flexibility, even on Friday night. If something unexpected happens, like highway traffic or a train delay, you can’t stay and there’s no refund. I understand that a 1 AM check-in may not be practical, but having nobody available after 10 PM is an extreme cutoff for people coming from cities like Turin or Milan. For anyone traveling on a Friday evening, it feels like a sort of scam. We checked in at 10 PM sharp and paid for parking and two bikes for two days. At 10 AM Sunday, exactly 36 hours later and 12 hours before the two-day period should have ended, we were told Sunday wasn’t included because Friday and Saturday counted as the two days. Charging for daily services when you get less than an hour’s use on Friday night is a joke. We arrived tired after a week of work and didn’t even use the bikes. You’re hoteliers, not tax collectors. Customer service should come first, though maybe that isn’t everyone’s priority.

The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes from the sea, but our hotel experience was really poor. I’d made a mistake on the booking and listed a 0-year-old child, even though my daughter is 10. I told them about it when we arrived. They charged an extra €50 but left the room as it was, so the three of us had to sleep in one double bed. They didn’t even ask whether I wanted to change rooms. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the booking, but they said it wasn’t. We ended up paying for breakfast at another hotel, where my mother was staying.

I’m really happy with my stay. The staff were so kind and attentive, and they treated me exceptionally well. They even kept my bags for me after checkout. The room was clean and thoughtfully looked after, and the food service was excellent.

We booked through Booking.com for two adults and one child, but I accidentally entered the child as 0 years old. At arrival they charged me €25 per night for my 10-year-old daughter. I paid, expecting the room to be changed, but we stayed in the same tiny room, with no balcony and nowhere to hang our swimsuits. They didn’t add a bed or even provide a towel for her, so all three of us slept in one bed. The included breakfast wasn’t served either. Completely forgettable.
