We had such a dream vacation here, like something out of a fairytale. Francesca and Marco were just wonderful. The rooms were new, everything was very clean, and the pool was beautiful. There was so much love and such a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely come back. We're Carla and Claudio.

Francesca, the owner, was always smiling and incredibly helpful, and it was a pleasure spending time at this beautiful place. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a mezzanine if you want extra privacy, or a comfortable sofa bed downstairs. There's a kitchenette with an induction stove, sink, and roomy drawers for pots and pans. The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower. Breakfast room service was very efficient, and the price felt like great value. I'd recommend staying at least a couple of nights to enjoy the peace and privacy. A truly memorable stay!

We felt so pampered during our three nights here. My husband and I stayed in a mini-house with all the comforts and amenities. Francesca Marco and Niki, a sweet Maltese, welcomed us. The lawn was lovely, with a reserved umbrella for guests. Outside there was a table, chairs, deckchairs, a reserved lounger, and even a sofa, all facing the pool. Such a peaceful oasis. Thank you. The garden and pool were beautiful, a lovely place to relax in peace. Our rooms were lovely and had air conditioning, and breakfast was excellent, with homemade pastries served in the garden by the pool. We spent five days here, and the location worked well for visiting both Rome and the castle villages. Marco and Francesca were super kind and helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, rating 10.
