Pardellerhof

We were welcomed so warmly, thank you. We really enjoyed the wine and apple juice too.

The farm is wonderful for families, with a small playground and rabbits in the barn. The area around it is beautiful, with lovely mountain and vineyard views. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Pardellerhof is a well-kept winery in a peaceful, idyllic spot, while still being a great base for exploring nearby. The hosts made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Their wine and apple juice are fantastic.

The balcony looks out over Merano, and the pool and garden are lovely. Our renovated apartment felt warm and welcoming, and the whole vacation was just perfect. The winery, apartments, and setting are all outstanding. On the winery tour and tasting, Erwin Eccli showed us the care and passion behind the work. We enjoyed all the wines, and only regretted bringing home too few bottles. Anita Mitterer and Erwin Eccli are genuinely warm hosts, and we're certain we'll return.

We didn't stay at Pardellerhof, but spent an afternoon there for a wine tasting and had a wonderful time. The family has run the winery for generations, and the tour made their passion for the work clear. It lasted two hours, with explanations in Italian and German for our mixed group. We tried six wines, including sparkling wine and passito, each served with a little local food. Anita and her husband deserve a special mention. When they learned I was celiac, they kindly made me a small gluten-free aperitif with grapes, rice crackers, and speck. It was delicious. A lovely experience that I recommend to everyone!
