The prices were more than reasonable, and the meal was fantastic, especially the scottona, along with the quality appetizers and desserts. The ladies in the dining room gave excellent service, and the owners and wait staff gave us a warm welcome. It was a lovely motorcycle ride to reach this quiet spot, though it’s a bit too far from Bologna. Compliments to everyone, including the kitchen. We hope to organize another ride and visit soon. The staff’s kindness put us at ease as soon as we arrived. This hidden gem in the Apennines has spotless, well-kept rooms, and the restaurant serves authentic flavors made with local ingredients. Breakfast was wonderful, both sweet and savory, with Tuscan pecorino, finocchiona, a generous slice of cooked ham, and excellent homemade focaccia instead of the usual discount-store Fontina. My wife also loved the local desserts. It’s worth going the extra mile to get here.

We were treated like family by the owners and staff during our stay with the cycling team. They even let us keep talking in the living room late into the night. Everything was really clean, from the rooms to the kitchen. Dinner was generous, the steak was delicious, and breakfast had all kinds of good things. The pizza and other food were delicious, and the owners and staff were all so kind, helpful, and attentive. Everything was clean and tidy. A big hug to everyone for making us feel so looked after during our stay.
