We felt at home within minutes of arriving, thanks to the friendly, helpful hosts and their big dogs. The always-clean infinity pool and the quiet location among the Tuscan countryside made for a wonderfully restful stay. Hugs to Valentina, Michele, Simba, and Hola!

We only stayed a short time, but the easygoing, comfortable atmosphere and the owners’ warmth made it a lovely visit. The room was clean and welcoming, and the property is conveniently close to Pistoia. From the beautiful garden, the view is spectacular, and the pool is available day and night. A relaxing place where you’re guaranteed a smile. Highly recommended!

What stayed with us most was the silence and calm. We enjoyed the clean pool and well-kept garden, with tall trees providing welcome shade even though there were no umbrellas. The apartment was charming and unusual, and very clean. The owner had left water and lemonade in the fridge, along with a kettle and several kinds of tea. Breakfast, served under the trees in the garden, was plentiful and offered lots of choice. We stayed by the pool until noon before heading back. Montagnana is a small, peaceful village about twenty minutes from Pistoia, and the property is just above the main square. The owner sent me the location and a photo of the gate on WhatsApp the day before, using the number I’d included in the booking, which helped us find the right house on a small street with many similar-looking homes. When we arrived, the garden and ready-to-use pool were waiting for us. I recommend this place to everyone!

Valentina and Michele made us feel comfortable and looked after us even during our short stay. The beautifully furnished accommodation sits in the green hills of Pistoia, with a lovely garden and a pool all to ourselves. It felt like a little haven of real relaxation.
