I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The sheets were dirty, and so was the bathroom. Cleanliness really needs work.

We were disappointed as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was dirty, with used towels on the floor, urine marks on the toilet bowl, and a dirty shower. The sheets hadn’t been changed or even made, and one of the windows was broken. We can’t recommend this room.

There were urine stains, used towels in the bathroom, and dirty sheets. Avoid this place!

The place was in terrible shape, filthy, and showed no respect for the people paying to stay there. I booked ten days but left after three, even though I’d paid for all ten. Living somewhere so run-down was deeply depressing. They provide only sheets, no blankets, and the sheets aren’t changed. There were no bathroom towels, and the water was poorly filtered and dirty. Nobody takes out the garbage either. When I arrived, someone else’s rubbish was still there. The property is alongside a highway, so walking to Marmirolo or the bus stop is dangerous. I’d strongly recommend this place. One star only because I can’t give it less.
