We only stayed one night, but it’s a good base for exploring. Communication was really easy, and parking was straightforward. Good value too.

The view outside is stunning, and the room was very good. The sofa bed was so noisy that any movement woke everyone up, so we ended up sleeping on the floor. Still recommend staying here.

We were left outside the building at night and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or doorbell. On arrival, we were completely ignored. We didn’t stay, but they charged us anyway and still haven’t responded. This was a nightmare experience. We’re asking for a full refund for the hotel.

The host never showed up for our booking made through booking.com, leaving me stranded in the car park at night with two young kids. Calls and messages got no reply, and there’s still no response about a refund despite my repeated messages. Poor.
