The views are fantastic and the location is so beautiful that we got engaged here. The rooms are stunning, and I’d definitely recommend staying. I did take off a star because the staff weren’t very helpful. Our air conditioning stopped working one night, and they just said sorry and that they’d sort it the next day. I also asked for a couple of personal touches and was told no. Even so, I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it.

I went because of the reviews, but it wasn’t worth my time. The room was noisy, as if it were above a kitchen, and despite the thick walls I could clearly hear people in the next room. There was no hot water for the shower. I tried the supposedly famous wild boar pasta, found it very average, didn’t finish it and left early. The whole experience was below average. Expensive and disappointing, lucky to get more than one star.

We had a really enjoyable one-night stay in the Diano room, which was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and got in touch with me before we arrived. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast had a great variety of tasty homemade things. We also enjoyed the wine tasting, which we booked by appointment.

The Tuscan views were amazing, and the staff were so lovely. Sophia & Julia helped us with all our questions, and my husband and I loved staying here. We were grateful to experience this side of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend it for couples or families, and you’ll need a car to reach this beautiful place.
